Unit 2 Lesson 1: Talking About Family

In this online English speaking lesson, children learn to talk about their family in warm, confident, natural English. Young learners practice key vocabulary including mother, father, brother, sister, grandma, and grandpa, and build real conversational skills using everyday expressions like “we’re really close” and “we all live together.” The lesson includes guided speaking activities, mini dialogues, sentence frames, and personal questions that get children talking about their own lives. By the end of the lesson, students can describe their family, say who they live with, and express what makes their family special. Suitable for 1:1 and group online English classes for beginner and elementary learners ages 6–12.
